Shadow Work: Resentment/wounded child

Service Description

This month we are confronting repressed anger, unmet needs and feeling powerless. We will examine where our resentment comes from and identify wounded child behaviors that keep us stuck in victimhood. This month will involve a lot of inner child healing as part of the work. *In this series of interactive workshops we will explore unconscious aspects of ourselves that we have hidden due to social norms, belief systems, and fears. Through discussion and deep healing, we will begin to integrate suppressed emotions, become more self-aware, and learn to love all of our aspects. Embrace your wounds, pain, trauma and limitations to open yourself up to growth and fulfillment. These workshops involve writing prompts and discussion to put YOU in the driver's seat to take control of your life and healing.
