Shadow Work: New Year Intentions

Service Description

This month we are doubling down on the New Year's Reset. We will be unpacking what is keeping you stuck, what is no longer working and a growth mindset. We will also be healing around internal and external expectations. We will release expectations that are harmful or unproductive and replace them with healthy goals. *In this series of interactive workshops we will explore unconscious aspects of ourselves that we have hidden due to social norms, belief systems, and fears. Through discussion and deep healing, we will begin to integrate suppressed emotions, become more self-aware, and learn to love all of our aspects. Embrace your wounds, pain, trauma and limitations to open yourself up to growth and fulfillment. These workshops involve writing prompts and discussion to put YOU in the driver's seat to take control of your life and healing.
