Shadow Work: Guilt

Service Description

Judgement: We will address how guilt has shaped our experiences, relationships and how we view ourselves. We will also explore how we have projected guilt on to others. *In this series of workshops we will explore the hidden, unconscious aspects of ourselves that we have hidden due to social norms, belief systems, and fears. Through discussion and deep healing, we will begin to integrate suppressed emotions, become more self-aware, and learn to love all of our aspects. Embrace your wounds, pain, trauma and limitations to open yourself up to growth and fulfillment.
