Shadow Work: Family Dynamics

Service Description

This month we will dive into family dynamics and navigating relationships. We will examine how being parentified has affected us in our adult relationships and relationships with ourselves. We will look at harmful habits and work to replace them with healthy, productive habits. *In this series of interactive workshops we will explore unconscious aspects of ourselves that we have hidden due to social norms, belief systems, and fears. Through discussion and deep healing, we will begin to integrate suppressed emotions, become more self-aware, and learn to love all of our aspects. Embrace your wounds, pain, trauma and limitations to open yourself up to growth and fulfillment. These workshops involve writing prompts and discussion to put YOU in the driver's seat to take control of your life and healing.
