Re-Parenting Ourselves

Service Description

In this workshop, participants will receive healing and guidance around re-parenting themselves. We will delve into our shadows and examine what we are needing to nurture our inner children. We will be doing a deep dive into releasing shame, neglect, abandonment and more all while providing nurturing, safety and security. Healing this aspect of ourselves allows us to begin releasing those who have hurt us and moving forward with forgiveness and hope.
