Greetings!
I hope this message finds you all happy and healthy! Spring is a time of rebirth and renewal. We are beginning to see Mother Nature bloom back to life. Soon we will have flowers and animals will be out with their babies. These beautiful reminders about the cycle of life serve as inspiration for what we want to birth into the world.
Winter was a time of going inward, reflecting and resting. As you shift into a more active pattern of doing and exploring, what do you want to see bloom in yourself? Perhaps you want to learn something new and delve deeper into who you are at the soul-level. Understanding your gifts and how you can be of service to the world is some of the most rewarding work you will ever do.
What do you want to grow and nurture this spring? What brings you joy? What do you want to see more of in your life? What lights you up? These are the questions that will motivate you to fully embrace this new chapter and reinvent yourself.
Once you uncover where you are going, you must examine what stands in the way of building that life. Questioning your beliefs, patterns, and habits helps you align with the person you are becoming while letting go of a past version of yourself. Releasing pain, trauma, limitations and fear allows you to move forward with purpose and joy.
Take the time to get to know yourself and allow change into your life. Change is never easy and often comes with sacrifice and difficulty. When things get tough, remember to choose your hard. You can keep doing what you have always done with the same results, same pain, same disappointment. Or you can choose to sit in the discomfort of change and create a life of meaning, growth and fulfillment.You did not come here to stay the same. BLOOM.
